Do you offer logo design as a separate service?
I offer a comprehensive visual identity that includes logo design, color selection, typography, and complete brand development based on a strategic approach rather than separate logo services.
Can you update an existing visual identity?
Yes, I can work on updating or refreshing an existing visual identity. My goal is to enhance your brand while maintaining its core identity, or completely redesign it if necessary.
How much does visual identity design cost?
The cost depends on the scope of the project. I offer customized packages based on your needs and budget. Contact me for a custom quote.
What if I don't like the design?
Don't worry! We will continue to revise the design until you are 100% satisfied.
Who are the designers?
MoStudio is an agency run by one person, Mohamed Saber. You will work with me directly throughout the entire process.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can submit?
Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you want, and they will be delivered one at a time.
How does the pause feature work?
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you use the service for 21 days and then pause it, you'll have 10 days remaining to use at any time in the future.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests are broken down on the MoStudio side. You can expect to receive work every 24-48 hours until the request is fully completed.
What software do you use for design?
Most requests are designed using the Adobe software suite.
How do I request designs?
Submit requests via WhatsApp, email (work@mostudio.net), Instagram, or TikTok. Choose any communication method that suits you.
What if I only have one request?
No problem! You can pause your subscription once your request is complete and return when you have additional design needs.
